The doctor was once again shocked at how low Eva is; I truly don't think she can go any lower with out full blown labor. So, she asked when we wanted to have her. I said May 4th at first as it is my mom's birthday, but labor and delivery is full for scheduled deliveries that day! So, she chose May 5, Cinco de Mayo. Hey, we can always fun birthday parties this way. We are so excited to know, but truth be told, Grant was like a deer in headlights when she asked us. He just couldn't believe we could be there already, and he really likes the idea of her coming when she comes. The only problem is with her being so low and me being more dilated and extremely effaced, things might happen rapidly on their own. Who knows.
I have now had my last day of work and I am trying to let it go. I do not want to worry about it or be involved now that I am really preparing for Eva. I think I can do it.
So, hopefully I can update with little notes and a couple of pictures while we are waiting. We can't wait to meet our little Eva!

Hey! I keep checking the blog religiously for updates b/c I don't want to be annoying and call you every other hour to find out if you've gone into labor! I'll check back later today. I know, it is a wierd feeling to get to pick her birthday. It feels totally surreal! Despite all of the horror stories you hear, it will be such a fun and exciting day. It was the best day of my life.
Hey. It's me again. How do I put music to my blog????? HELP!
